How to Create HD Slideshow on Mac for Playback on HDTV

It is a kind of great visual enjoyment to watch DVD movies on the big screen of HDTV. Have you ever thought of viewing photos on HDTV as well? It is very easy to transfer photos to HDTV for viewing at full screen, as there is a USB port in most HDTVs.

1. Download HD Slideshow Maker to your Mac, install and run it.

2. Add photos from your Mac HDD.

3. Click the “Add Music” button to select songs from your Mac HDD as the background music.

4. Click the “Theme” button to choose a theme style for the slideshow.

5. Click the “Arrange” button to reorder the photos.

6. Click the dice icon to choose transition effects between photos. By default, transition effects will be randomly applied.

7. Click each photo in the timeline to add texts and set Pan & Zoom effects for it.

8. Click the “Play” button to preview the slideshow.

9. Click the “Export” button to choose to encode the slideshow as HDTV video.

10. When the encoding is complete, copy the output video to a USB drive. Then you can connect the drive with your HDTV via the USB port.

Now you can start sitting in front of your HDTV and enjoying the fantastic slideshow you just created.

How to Convert WLMP to WMV/MP4/AVI/FLV/3GP

What is WLMP?

A *.WLMP is a movie project file created by Windows Live Movie Maker, a program that allows users to create their own movies and slideshows with transitions, music, effects, etc. WLMP files can be exported to .WMV files, published to Windows Live SkyDrive, Facebook, YouTube, and Flickr, and burned to DVDs.

NOTE: WLMP files are not video files. They are project files used to create videos.

This article will show you how to convert WLMP to WMV, AVI, MP4, FLV and other popular video formats.

The tool you need is Video Converter Professional.

Step 1. Convert WLMP to WMV in Windows Live Movie Maker

You first open the *.WLMP file in Windows Live Movie Maker by clicking “File -> Open Project”.

To convert WLMP to WMV, you just click “File -> Save movie” and then choose a profile to fit your needs.

Then Windows Live Movie Maker will ask you to enter a file name for your movie and choose a folder to save your movie. The movie will be saved as a WMV file in the PC.

Step 2. Convert WLMP to MP4, AVI, FLV, 3GP

After you have saved the WLMP file to your computer hard drive as WMV video, you can now begin to convert the WMV file to the specific video format you need.
