Create Slideshow on Mac and Transfer to iPad Air

By | December 6, 2013

The iPad Air features a thinner design that is only 7.5 millimeters thick and a smaller bezel similar to the iPad mini. It uses the same 9.7-inch Retina display as the previous iPad model, comes with the redesigned iOS 7 and is equipped with the 64-bit Apple A7 processor and a M7 coprocessor.

The dimension of iPad Air is 9.4-by-6.6-by-0.29 (in) and the resolution is up to 2048-by-1536, which makes iPad Air wih Retina display an ideal device for watching HD movies. Apart from movies and TV shows purchased from iTunes Store, you can also transfer video files from your computer to your iPad Air for playing. And if you have a great number of photos stored in your computer, you can also enjoy them on your iPad Air in a special way by turning them into slideshow movies.

In this post, I’d like to show how you can make a slide show of photos on Mac and transfer the slideshow video to iPad Air for playing. The only tool you need is DVD Photo Slideshow for Mac. With this slideshow maker, you just add your favorite photos and songs to the project to generate a slide show. Then you can personalize the slideshow with transitions, theme, text, speech bubbles, Pan and Zoom effects, etc. When the slideshow is all right, encode it into a video file. And now you can transfer the generated video file to your iPad Air with the sync of iTunes.

1. Download and install DVD Photo Slideshow
